Hysen Labs collects account details you provide, authentication session data, saved items, comments, point transactions and limited security logs needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information.
How data is used
We use data to authenticate members, provide community and personalization features, prevent abuse, measure service reliability and comply with law.
Advertising and analytics
Advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies where permitted. Consent controls will be shown where required. Clicking advertisements is never required or rewarded.
Analytics and session replay
We use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) to understand how pages are used. Clarity produces heatmaps and session replays covering page views, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and masks text input by default so form entries are not captured. It loads only after your first interaction with a page (a click, key press, touch, scroll wheel or mouse movement). In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it sets no cookies unless you allow analytics storage and treats each page view separately; elsewhere it may set its own cookies. If you choose Essential only, Clarity is not loaded and any Clarity cookies are removed. Clarity is a processor acting on our behalf; Microsoft may also use the data as described at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. We also count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.), which sets no cookies and keeps no identifier for you. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Third-party advertising
Advertising on this site is provided by Google AdSense (Google LLC). Google may use cookies to collect information about your visits to this site and other sites, in order to serve and measure ads, subject to Google's policies at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Data retention
Account data is kept while the account remains active. After a deletion request, we delete or anonymize the relevant account data, except records we must keep for fraud prevention or to comply with law. Security logs are kept only as long as needed to protect the service.

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting [email protected]. You can withdraw advertising consent at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer, and manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
