Describe the shot
Write what the camera should see — the subject, the setting, the light, how the shot moves — and this tool turns it into a short video clip with MiniMax's Hailuo model. It is built for the clips people actually need: a loop for a landing page, a b-roll shot for a tutorial, a storyboard frame that moves. Nothing is installed and no provider account is needed: the video runs on the site's own queue, you pay for it in credits, and the price is shown before you submit.
How it works
- Your prompt goes to our server and on to MiniMax; the credits for the whole clip are set aside when you submit, and a failed generation returns every one of them.
- By default the clip waits for the provider's off-peak hours (outside 09:00–12:00 and 14:00–18:00, UTC+8), which is what keeps the price where it is; tick Rush to start at once, at a surcharge during peak hours.
- A finished clip plays in the page and downloads as MP4; the link comes fresh from MiniMax each time you open it, so it does not expire while the job is yours.
Where your data goes
With your own key, what you type and the key go from your browser straight to the provider you choose; neither passes through Hysen Labs. In hosted mode, your text goes through our server to our provider (DeepSeek) and is billed in credits; we keep the token counts and cost of each run for billing, never the text itself or the answer. How the provider handles the text is governed by its own privacy policy.

About your API key
We do not collect, store or leak your key: it lives only in this page's memory (unless you tick “remember in this tab”) and is gone when you close it. Still, treat any key you have pasted into a web page with care — create a dedicated key with a spending cap for use here, and delete or rotate it in your provider's dashboard when you are done.

Common questions
- How long and how sharp can a clip be?
- Six or ten seconds at 768P, or six seconds at 1080P — the combinations MiniMax's Hailuo model supports. The page will not offer ten seconds at 1080P, because the provider would refuse it after you had waited in the queue.
- Why is my video scheduled for later instead of starting now?
- Video providers charge more during their peak hours, so a normal request is queued for the next off-peak minute and costs the standard price. If you need it now, tick Rush: it starts straight away, and during peak hours it costs half as much again. The quote next to the settings always shows the price and the start time before you commit.
- What makes a good video prompt?
- Describe one continuous shot rather than a story: who or what is in frame, where, the lighting and time of day, and how the camera moves (static, slow push-in, tracking, aerial). Style words like cinematic or handheld help; several scene changes in one prompt usually come out as a muddle.
- Can I run an open-source model myself instead?
- Yes. Open-Sora from HPC-AI Tech (Apache-2.0) is the best-known open text-to-video project and runs on your own GPUs. Expect a serious card and minutes per clip; this page exists for when you would rather pay a few credits than set that up.
