How it works
- Every fact in your notes is used and none is invented; anything the email needs but your notes lack becomes a bracketed placeholder such as [date] or [Recipient name].
- Polite but firm is for the emails people put off — a refused request, a deadline missed on the other side, a payment reminder: courteous, but with no hedging.
- The output is plain text in standard business layout, without Markdown, so it pastes cleanly into Gmail, Outlook or a company mail client.
- Notes and email go from this browser tab to the provider you choose, signed with your own key; hysenlabs.com is not in between.
Where your data goes
With your own key, what you type and the key go from your browser straight to the provider you choose; neither passes through Hysen Labs. In hosted mode, your text goes through our server to our provider (DeepSeek) and is billed in credits; we keep the token counts and cost of each run for billing, never the text itself or the answer. How the provider handles the text is governed by its own privacy policy.
This tool handles keys and credentials, so nothing about a run is saved, not even to your own history.
About your API key
We do not collect, store or leak your key: it lives only in this page's memory (unless you tick “remember in this tab”) and is gone when you close it. Still, treat any key you have pasted into a web page with care — create a dedicated key with a spending cap for use here, and delete or rotate it in your provider's dashboard when you are done.

Common questions
- Can I write the notes in Chinese and get an English email?
- Yes. Set "Answer in" to English and write the notes however is fastest for you. The model uses the conventions of an English business email — "Dear Dr. Weber", "Kind regards" — rather than translating Chinese phrasing word for word.
- Will it make up details to fill the gaps?
- It is told not to. Names, dates, amounts and links missing from your notes become bracketed placeholders, so a quick scan for "[" shows everything you still have to fill in before sending.
- Which tone should I choose?
- Formal for people you do not know well — a new client, a government office, senior management. Warm for colleagues and customers you already work with. Polite but firm when the email has to hold a line. Brief when the reader just needs the facts, as in a status update.
- What should I know about the API key?
- The email is written by the provider your key belongs to, called directly from the page, and a single email uses only a few thousand tokens at most. Make a separate key with a spending limit for tools like this and delete it once you no longer need it.
